I spent 7 years art directing PressGazette and MediaWeek magazines. Initially with Quantum Business Media, (1999-2005). Then after a company takeover with PressGazette Ltd (2005-2006), at the time owned by Piers Morgan and others, until it went into insolvency. I managed the art direction of weeklies PressGazette and MediaWeek; the art direction of The British Press Awards and Media Week Awards, commissioning photography and art and managing contract publications. I had a close working relationship with directors, editors, advertising managers and repro house.
